Looking for some guidance here, I created a new program and when I set it up, I switched the description and the program number. I noticed it when I went to add the account numbers to the budget plan. I removed the line from the budget plan, when I noticed the description in the program number. Now I am unable to delete the cost center (program) - it says it exists in the budget, but if I do a search, it's not in there. See attachments.
I can also confirm the system is not using it. I created it, attempted to enter it on a budget line and noticed that I switched the description and number columns when entering. I did not save my budget plan and removed the line. There is no where in the system that it is currently "in use".
