MS Dynamic GP 2010 Utilities configuration error

During the Utilities configuration of MS Dynamic GP 2010 installation, recieved the following error:

"There was a problem ascertaining product version information, Microsoft Dynamics GP utilities will not exit.  Please check the duinstall.log file for more information."

The stored procedure 'getProductDatabaseVersion () of form duSQLInstall pass through SQL returned the following results:  DBMS 10054, MS Dynamics GP:0.'

Any assistance you can rendure will be greatly appreciated.

    Hi Hollis,

    There will be a Dynamics.log which will have additional information in it; this log file will be in the GP 2010 installation folder.
