Is there  shortcut to receive an entire PO all at onec, as oppesed reveicing  the PO lin by line?

    Yes, click on 'Auto-Receive' at the top of the Receiving Transaction screen after you've entered the Vendor ID.  Select the PO# and click 'Receive All'.
