Please I have a Business Central .app file I'm trying to sign using a certificate purchased from Digicert but unable to export the .pfx file due to new policy, but the signtool requires the .pfx to sign the .app.
I have tried converting the exportable files .cer and .p7b exported from certmgr.msc using OpenSSL but unsuccessfully.
Please is there another way of doing this without using the .pfx file or to generate the .pfx file from the certificate.
