Data is not coming in "Top registers sales report" under Sales Report in Retail and Commerce Module

Hi Folks,

We have implemented Retail and commerce. There are posted transactions in the system but data is not coming "Top Registers Sales Report" which is available under Sales Report in Inquiries and reports of "Retail and Commerce" module.

Is there anything we need to do (like additional setup or configuration) apart from running a report ?

Hi,

Did you check if refreshing "Entity store " which under Systems administration > Setup > Entity Store can resolves the issue?
