Since we have updated to 10.45, users have noticed when they copy a note from the case notes section as highlighted below in red, it only 'copies' when the case is in edit mode.
This was not the case before, a user could be reviewing a case and reading the notes and copy information (e.g. product number or some sort of reference ) and it would copy ok and you could paste. However, now unless the case is in edit mode you cannot copy. Not a big issue but wondered if any other people have faced the same experience. ?
