Hi Business Central Team,

I'm aware that with the BC Team Members license, there is a limit of up to 15 custom tables/entities. However, does anyone know what happens if a customer exceeds 15 tables/entities?

Are they blocked?

Is there any documentation showing what happens when the limitations are out of compliance?

Can additional entities be access through sub grids, dashboards, or lookups the same as with the standard Team Members license? In other words, do both versions of the Team Members license operate the same in this regard?

BC Team Members Custom Table Restriction

As far as I know there is only one version of the team member license not two.

I doubt there is a hard limit that will block your system if you exceed the 15 table limit for customization with in a team member module.

But you are anyhow responsible to be compliant with the license terms even if the system does not lock you from breaking the license terms.
