Hi All,
I have a user who is currently on windows 10 with office 2016. we have installed the CRM outlook plug-in and it is greyed out.
we have uninstalled the plug-in, reinstalled and still nothing.
if another user logs on to that same machine, the plug-in works fine.
Any idea what can be causing this?
