Just a query about functionality. Currently when staff enter a PO and select an approver the approver will receive an email notification to let them know that there's a PO to approve. However, once the approver has approved the PO there is then no email notification back to the creator to let them know that their PO is approved.
Is there something that I'm supposed to do to enable this feature or does Business Central not have that functionality?
The setting shown in this screenshot is for sending a notification to the Approver--not for sending the "Approved/Denied" notice back to the requestor.
Sending a (2nd) notification back to the requestor used to require custom code, but in 2020 it was added to the system.

That is already the set up but no one gets notifications that their PO or journal is approved.
What else is needed? Is there something else missing?
