Hallo,
 
i have 2 questions  what this  licenses  Microsoft 365 E3 needed  for ? 
if i can use this license to give a user an access to CRM environment ?

    Hi There,
     
    Refer to this link it provide details on what is included in E3 license.
     
     
    You cannot use the E3 license to get access to CRM. To get access to CRM you need to get the license for the corrosponding application:
     
    Sales: D365 sales enterprise or sales professional or premium license.  https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/dynamics-365/products/sales/pricing
     
    Same go for other CRM applications like Customer service, field service etc.
     
    If you have budget issue or just want to give access to the CRM for basic functions, team member license can work too.
