Hello,

I hope you are having a great day, I just acquired the Action Pack for partners and Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement Plan IUR for Partners with includes:

Dynamics 365 Project Operations
Project for Project Operations
Dynamics 365 Project Operations CDS
Power Automate for Dynamics 365
Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Voice for Customer Engagement Plan
Dynamics 365 Customer Service Insights for CE Plan
Power Apps for Dynamics 365
Power Automate for Dynamics 365
Retired - Microsoft Social Engagement
Office for the Web
SharePoint (Plan 2)
Project Online Service
Project Online Desktop Client
Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement Plan

I did assign a license to my account, all good to this point, but I don't see any apps available in my Dynamics 365 page and when I go to admin.microsoft.com "Your Products" press on the "Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement Plan IUR for Partners" link and then "View apps and services included with this subscription" it tells me "You are not eligible to acquire this product. View all eligible products". So it seems something is broken. Well, the result is that I don't seem to have those dynamics plans available in the end...

Can I get some advice? I'm fairly new to the platform and I don't know how is it supposed to work.

I also wanted to ask if I it is possible to attach an ERP license to this plan? It looks great but a bit orphaned without the core application, Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations.

    Hi Carles.E,

    Based on your description, you can't view "Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement Plan IUR for Partners" in your product.

    Maybe you can contact Billing Support in M365 admin center:

    And it's impossible to attach an ERP license to this plan.

    Hi Leah, thanks for your answer, I do have my license there, I show you in the screenshots:

    The problem is I cannot access this product, my dynamics Apps are empty, I suppose I should be able to access them from "All my Apps" in the top left corner, where word, BC and others are available, I also opened Dynamics instance and it's empty.

    I've tried to get support from normal channels, but it's impossible, as you can see in the second screenshot it sends me to the power platform support, and there if I try to create a ticket I'm met by an assistant that really does not provide any help, I think it might be related to bugs in the platform, first the plan does not get activated, then the virtual assistant can't create a ticket and ends up with am message saying "Deflection global variable" as you can see in the screenshots.

    I attach you a screenshot of my dynamics page so you can see I don't have any products there:

    But I do not either have them in my apps list, so the engagement plan is not activated:

    As you can see there are not the Dynamics products of the engagement plan there...

    Hi I fixed it with the help from support. I just needed to create an environment and install the apps to it, since others appeared automatically it confused me...
