Hide out of box Reports and Security Roles

Hi,

I want to hide all out of box reports and security roles. Because I have created custom reports and security roles.

Please suggest how to achieve above task in to MS-CRM 2013.

Hi Abhishek,

You cannot hide using Security Roles, however there are some workarounds.

Ways to hide OOB Reports

1. You can choose the area to display the Reports. You may consider removing the area from the list

2. Log in as System Administrator and Revert the Report to Personal from Actions menu

3. Change the owner from System to System Administrator or any user (whom you want to show the report)

Hi Abishek,

You cannot hide reports using Security Roles.

You can only hide Reports by removing the Display Area or based on the ownership, if you set as Individual, then it will not appear to other users, will only can be seen by the respective owner, unless the owner share it.
