SOP Delivery order printing options

Hi, facing I am an issue when an order has too many lines.  The customer wants to see only items that are to be delivered - i.e. items with zero quantity to be shipped should not show on the delivery order.  We are using the packing list long form as the delivery order.  Can anyone provide some input?  Thank you

    Annie,

Your question does not have a simple answer.  The simple version of the complex solution follows.  What you need is the ability to suppress a line from printing with the quantity to ship is zero.   Here is a comprehensive post on modifying reports to suppress sections.

Thanks for pointing us to the article.  We have tried the recommendations but the logic for the customer's request seem a little odd, given the type of form and flow (packing list and suppressing quantities).

Have done user expectations by requesting they follow a workflow process and using the SOP setup on non-printing of backorders.

    Thank you!
