We have a solution that contains the DLL of the Custom workflow activities, all the time i'm trying to import the solution, i'm getting the error,

we have 4 dll in this solution, i tried to split the solution into 4 solutions and still getting the error for each one of them, the trace message doesn't contains the required information about the error, so can you assist me in finding the main reason
