Power BI Embedded system dashboards are not visible

Hello.
 
I have Power BI integrated with Dynamics 365 for Sales working.

Some reports have been created in PowerBI, and I can add new Power BI-style dashboards from Dynamics Sales, and they work fine. Here's an example.
 

I need these dashboards to be system-wide for all users. To do this, I add the dashboards in the project solution and Publish them, but they're not visible.

    A couple important things:
    - Are this powerBI dashboards being moved between environments? or you're creating them directly in Production and you just want to share?
     
    I'm guessing that you're following https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/power-apps/maker/model-driven-apps/add-powerbi-visual#create-a-model-driven-app-and-add-the-power-bi-report.  However, report needs to be shared individually.  On this scenario you have
    - Carl de Souza's blog https://carldesouza.com/integrating-power-bi-reporting-with-dynamics-365-2024/.  Around 3/4 of the article it's stated that "These dashboards aren’t available to other users if created this way unless you go through the Share button and give another user access:" and explains how to share them.
