Can multiple loyalty programs be created in D365? We currently have an active loyalty program that we want to eventually replace with a new one. In our testing environment, we have the current loyalty program, and I am testing the new loyalty setup; however, I can't figure out how to apply the new loyalty program to current or new customers.
I searched for documentation on this topic, but I was unsuccessful.
