Customer Voice response not triggering Power Automate flow

I have multiple flows set to trigger when a Customer Voice survey response is submitted. 

The response details are then added to a custom entity. 

I have been testing my new flow by filling out the survey but it will not trigger. 

I have tried everything, recreating the flow, recreating the survey. 

The flow just will not trigger. 

Any help or solutions are welcomed!

    Hi,

    As far as I know, Power Automate can avoid the trigger if you configure your flow in Trigger's menu -> Settings -> Trigger conditions.

    Another configuration is in the trigger (select columns or filter rows) or a wrong configuration in other parameters (for example, scope).

    Check them and change some of them to test.

    If they are ok and your flow isn't triggered, you could ask in the Power Automate community, they are experts in the topic and they could help you.
