Two GP 10 users receive the following IE script error message when GP is loading their home screens: Object doesn't support this process or method. I don't recieve the error message when I access GP from my computer or from either of their computers.

All computers are XP SP3, IE 8, .NET 3.5 SP1, Office XP Web Components. Script debugging in IE is off. All users are local admins.

Users can click past the error message and still use GP, but I'd like to fix whatever's causing the error message.

Shyam,

Thank you for taking the time to address my post. As you suggested, I checked out the KB article and found a suggestion there to install Office Web Components 2003. That did the trick.
