Creating new Application Databases - error

In Dynamics SL 2015 CU1 when I go to create a new application database I get the following error.

Database Name: ABC
Error Code: 156
Error Text: Incorrect syntax near the keyword 'merge'.
Statement: CREATE VIEW vs_merge AS SELECT * FROM SLSystem..merge

I then go back into Database Maintenance and run the Execute Master Indexes, Views and Stored Procedures.  Not sure if I have to or should something else.

Any thoughts?
