Customising the Quick Campaign Wizard

Hi,

To make them more relevant for our purpose, I've rename the Marketing List and Quick Campaign functions to Managed Mail-Out and Quick Mail-Out.

I've been able to successfully change all buttons and related text with the Ribbon Workbench, but cant work out how to change text in the Quick Campaign Wizard (image below).

Is anyone able to advise if it's possible to modify the text in the wizard? and if so, how I can go about doing this?

I have the same question (0)

    Hi Partner

As far as I know, customizing the wizard is not possible Unfortunately we cannot change the text of the wizard

Thanks Aakash Jain and Bipin Kumar for your replies. Although this information doesn't ultimately help me to resolve my task, it is helpful.

Hi Again Aakash Jain and Bipin Kumar,

I've found that the Quick Campaign interface accessed via Advanced Find, is different to the Quick Campaign interface available through Marketing Lists and the entity views.

This seems strange, but the Quick Campaign interface accessed via Advanced Find can be partially customised via the Crmtranslations file. A guide to Translations in D365 can be found here for anyone interested.

See pic below: Left is via the Company entity view/list page (unable to be modified) and on the right is via Advanced Find (modified via Crmtranslations). Both are from the same environment.

It's a shame the same customisable interface isn't used in both places.
