Have a new laptop, new user to get going with CRM.
Laptop is Windows 7, 64 bit, using Office 2010 64 bit, and CRM 2011 64 bit.
Can access the CRM web site via Internet Explorer, but the CRM Client will NOT connect.
Using the the Configuration Wizard, I enter my Server URL and press the Test Connection Button, I enter the user credentials when prompted and it comes back as authenticated and show my Organization name and Display Name. The wizard proceeds with adding the organization and it then throws the following error...
"There i a problem communicating with the Microsoft Dynamics CRM server. The server might be unavailable. Try again later. If the problem persists, contact your system administrator."
Have confrimed with my other users, no one else is having a problem using the CRM Client.
I am at a loss, any help would be greatly appreciated.
