Cannot compress the G/L entries department menu does not exist.

Hello everyone, i need to compress the G/L journal for a client who is using BC 365 Onpremise Version FR Dynamics 13.7 13.0.31719.0 but the only component that i see in the page is the Date Compr. Registers which are empty. I would like to know why this feature is not available.
