Hello, I passed the exam MB200 in November 2020 and wanted to pass second needed for the certificate Dynamics 365 Sales Functional Consultant Associate MB210. But now I see that MB200 was retired on December 31. Should I pass again the exam PL200? Or only MB210 to get the certificate. Please assist

No worries, your MB-200 is still valid as a pre-req. until December 31, 2021.
