Editing a project contract line in project operations

Hi all, Can any body help me in know How project contract is managed across project operations for changes across after confirmation 

  1. Invoice schedule- Milestones -  for any ask by client for changes in  confirmed schedule 
  2. Funding sources 
  3. price lists updates

    Hi Vikrant,
    I have the same challenge and I have tested various approaches but I cannot find an out of the box method to align to standard business or project practices that you would expect when it comes to amending or extending Projects and Project Contracts. I have therefore created the following functionality request Microsoft Idea.
     
    I believe this functionality is needed as the alternative would be to close the existing project and create a new Project, Opportunity, Quote and then Project Contract which does not align to standard business or project practices. On smaller projects it may be feasible but as the scale of your projects get larger then the scale of the effort becomes an issue.
