Do we have labor Time Recording facility in AX . If yes then what are the fields which we get by default.

Do you refer to recording working time through project timesheets or are you looking for a production related time recording functionality?

You can record in two/three ways. Either directly to the project or through time on a production order. Both project and productions can be used for time and attendance. That is a stamp solutions where you set start and end times.
You can also use project management time cards where you can say how many hours you have used on a project activity for a given day.
