My account structure consists of 6 dimensions, how do i determine thier order on transaction level. As it is default it looks random?

In AX, go to:
General ledger > Setup > Financial Dimensions > Financial Dimension Configuration for Integrating Applications > Management Reporter
You should be able to order the dimensions as you wish.
Note: This functionality is only available with CU7 onwards
We found that dimensions sort alphabetically which was not ideal. So, we ended up naming them with leading letters so that they would be in the order we needed.
If you want to see regularly in "management reporter" go to General ledger > Setup > Financial Dimensions > Financial Dimension Configuration for Integrating Applications > Management Reporter and setup this.
But if you want to arrange dimensions for selection account (in General journal ,...) go to General ledger > Setup > Chart of accounts > Configure account structures and setup this.
