CRM For Mobile Not Working

Hey Everyone,

I have an instance of CRM 2015 On-Premise that I'm trying to connect to with mobile applications. I've configured and setup IFD and also did the additional steps for Mobile and Tablets as defined here:

I can reach the CRM system from outside network with the https://orgname.domainname.com, but when I try and set up Mobile (both on Android and Windows phones) as well as on tablets (the Windows 8 CRM app). After typing in the URL I can 'sometimes' type in credentials, but I seem to get hit with errors like:

'Your server is not available or does not support this application'

Any thoughts? Thanks

    Hi AEdwards,

    what OS do you have on your phone/tablet? Could be that the app does not support the newest versions (this is surely the case of Android 5).

    On the Windows Phone the OS is 8.1, on the Android: 4.4.2, and on the Computer Windows 8.1

    Hi AEdwards,

    these platform versions are supported by the Microsoft app - the issue must lie somewhere else.

    Can anyone shed some light on this?

    Hi AEdwards,

    I got this issue once but was caused by the firewall, did you check your firewall?

    Are you inside of the same network/domain?
