Link Survey Results in Email

Hi,

I have been having trouble finding an answer to this question online and am a bit stuck.

Essentially I just want to send an automated email using Power Automate that includes a direct link to the survey results that PA triggered.

Is this possible and does anyone have any insight they could share?

Best,

Max

Max -- you can use msfp_surveyresponseURL from the Customer Voice survey response table in Customer Voice -- see the entity relationship at Entity Reference for Dynamics 365 Customer Voice | Microsoft Docs

Note that the user must be given access to Customer Voice project to view the result.

Thanks for the information, this is exactly what I was looking for.

Now do you know if it's possible to link to this field from the alert table?

Example: Power Automate Flow triggers on a Customer Voice Alert, and the response url is sent through PA

Yes - there is a link between Customer Voice Alert and Customer Voice response

Can you share who do you send the Power Automate email to? The user who respond to the survey or someone who needs to take follow up actions?

I had a question, would you like to be contacted yes/No couldn't use alerts because it was a choice question or at least I couldn't get it to work so use Power Automate. Everything you need for the connection is in the Customer Voice survey question responses table.

    response-1.png

The first line of the condition is the source question identifier is equal to xxxxx I got it by pulling the msfp_question table  into Power BI desktop filter on the column survey name down to the correct survey and then msfp_name to get down to the right question. Copy the id out of the msfp_sourcequestionidentifier column for your question and add it to your condition The second line is response is equal to Yes

If yes send an email, the URL format is customervoice.microsoft.com/.../ResponsePreviewPage.aspx (your msfp_surveyid )&ResponseId=(source response identifier).  You can see above how I added the URL in code view adding the dynamic content for the 2 identifiers.
