Possible to add Social Insights to form in Competitor Entity?

I'd like to add Social Insights to the main form in the Competitor Entity.  Is this possible?  I tried adding a subgrid containing the web resource to the form using these properties:

Unfortunately, nothing displays after saving and publishing.  All the documentation states it can be added to CONTACTS, ACCOUNTS, and LEADS.  Nothing about COMPETITORS.  Does anyone know if this is even possible?

    Hi Cata,

    thanks for taking the time to address my question.  

    I followed the instructions in the link you referenced.  I am still not able to add Insights to the COMPETITOR form.  Not Account, not Lead, but COMPETITOR.   My security Role is Systems Administrator .

    So back to the original question- can you add Social Insights to the COMPETITOR entity?

    Are you connected to a Microsoft Social Listening solution in Settings => Administration => Microsoft Social Listening connection?

    Yes. I've connected to a solution and even built a Social Listening Dashboard in CRM.  The integration is great.

    To reiterate, my issue deals with Competitors.  Not the Account entity.  I'd love to see a screenshot of Social Insights on a Competitor form

    Did you ever get this to work? I'm trying to do the same thing, however I just noticed that I'm not connected to a solution when viewing Microsoft Social Listening configuration. I've sent the request for our Office 365 admin to reconnect (I sent the request, can't do it myself) and hoping this does the trick.

    Yes, Our organization had not updated to the Spring '14 release when I first posed this question.  Prior to the Spring '14 update, Social Insights could only be added to Accounts, Contacts and Leads.  Our Organization had some issues with the Spring update installation process, but once that was resolved, we were able to add Insights to the Competitor entity.
