Freezing panels does not work

Hello,
 
Can someone tell me if the freezing panels functionality works in version 16.1 (OnPrem)? I have tried personalize, design, and code (FreezeColumn property) without success. Honestly, I think it is a bug in the version.

    Is your environment upgraded or implemented in BC 16?

    Thank you very much for your interest. It happens on any page, I have tried it on many of them and it always happens the same. If it is personalized or designed it works while the editing page is open, but afterwards it "does not remember" the modification made. On the other hand, my environment has been implemented in version 16.1, there has been no update.
     
    I found a page where they mention the problem for version 16.0 but not the solution (if there was one...): https://github.com/microsoft/AL/issues/5900
