Dynamics 365 v9 OnPremise Cumulative update Fail

Hello,

upgrading a On Premise CRM from (v.9 cumulative update 0.8) to (v.9 cumulative update 0.14) the following error message appears and the install fails

    If it isn't the same you should then execute the following:

    UPDATE Entity
    SET IsOfflineInMobileClient = 1
    WHERE ObjectTypeCode IN (953, 954) AND IsOfflineInMobileClient = 0

    Please do a backup first and test this before applying in production.

    SELECT *
    FROM Entity
    WHERE ObjectTypeCode IN (953, 954) AND IsOfflineInMobileClient = 0

    if something is returned execute the one below
