Hi Team,
I hope some engineer can pick up this quickly. Whenever you create an Inspection template, you populate the tables as follows:
msdyn_inspection (Contains the inspection details)
msdyn_inspectiondefinition (Contains inspection version and change control, this related to msdyn_inspection (1:*) by msdyn_parentinspectionid
msfp_question (Contains the inspection's questions and is related to msdyn_inspectiondefinition (1:*) by msfp_sourcesurveyidentifier
The error I found is when you added a question-type image, the msfp_sourcesourveyidentifier record is a null value rather the GUID of the inspection definition.
When you try to create some analytics to find out if all photo files were taken during the inspection, you can't name them using the questiontext, so you have to figure out how to call each photo or leave the horrible msfp_name but guess what you can’t because the GUID value establishes no relationship.
On my tenant, I can replica this issue. Please try in your tenant and see if it is the same for you.
If you think this is a correct behavior, please can you explain the advantages of this?
Thanks
Gamaliel Corona
Hi Dan, is any update about this issue? Thanks
Hi Gamaliel, I asked my colleague to take a look at this post
