How would I add a wait condition of 5 minutes before sending out an email to a workflow?
I see you can insert a wait condition but I'm not sure what the clause would be.

When you are creating the condition set the settings as highlighted in the picture.
Then you should get only 5 minute duration
Thanks guys. I found the timeout clause you are describing and selected "Equals" but its only allowing me to enter a date (only a date field appears).
How can I get it to type in the amount of minutes I want?

If I am understanding correctly all you need is to set a timeout of 5 minutes.
Then your wait condition should look something like this.
