Hi all,

When I do enquire the item stock in the GP (Enquiry>>Item>>Item Stock) and get the total stock ,how can I get their respective serials i.e. if the total stock is 5.How can I get the 5 items with their respective serials?.

Am left joining IV30300 and IV30400 but for an item that has been busy in transactions the rows are spliting making a serial being repeated in multiple rows which is affecting my totals that should add up to the results in (Enquiry>>Item>>Item Stock).

Hello RomRyan

The historical stock status report doesn't provide item serial nor lot number details. The thread above provide associated explanation on the fact of how to retrieve this piece of detail.

I will be providing an SQL view soon on Dynamics GP Essentials blog to retrieve the inventory balances and associated serial and lot number details.

Hi,

Depending on your exact requirements, there are several places in GP where you can find this information:

1.) Inquiry - Inventory - Serials

2.) Reports - Inventory - Serial/Lots

3.) Reports - Activity - Stock Status

The IV00200 contains the item number with the current serial numbers that are on hand.
