We have several companies in MR.
For one company only, when we generate reports to the Web Browser, the screen hangs at "Loading..." and never does display. This doesn't happen with reports generated from other companies.
Also, when we generate reports for the problem company to the Report Viewer, they process and open correctly.
How can we get reports from this one company to also open in the Web Browser?

Have you checked if this is a browser-specific issue ? have you tried to open it with Chrome for example ?
When opening the report in the full viewer, there is an icon on the tool bar to copy the link for the report, so you can open it from any browser.. try it out if it works.
PS: what's your MR2012 CU level ?
