crm page loading issue : waiting for requests CRM data..

we have dynamic CRM 365 on premise.
in order to publish CRM we use Web application ADFS 3, the internal tests are ok, but when we do the tests from the internet we have:

access to CRM with WAP is OK

problem: when we want to do for example new subscription. the page is waiting for requests CRM data

Hey, we had the same issues after upgrade to 365. The solution was to check different browsers and the security setting for each browser. Just set the security e.g. in IE to a lower level and try again. Please note, that you have to change the security level in the right tab - when using IFD web / internet in your case and not internal internet.

In IE --> Settings --> Internet/web options --> Tab Data security --> Settings

There you can change the level of pop-up blocker. Set to the lowest level, close the tab, apply changes and restart the browser.
