Hello community, I have a case related to permissions, I want to disable roles, tariffs and privileges, for example purchase requests, I don't want users to be able to create new purchase requests in the system while we make internal adjustments like this one, help would be appreciated

The question is not fully clear. Is your question about granting access to the form where they can update existing requests but not create new ones? What exact attempt have you done so far and where exactly do you need help?
You can use table and field permissions on the privileges to restrict access to individual fields.

Please identify the privilege assigned to users, and modify the permission by applying "Deny" to create "Purchreqtable" as showing below:
