Missing Plus button and Associated view button when first first loading dashboard

Hi,

We have everyone's landing page set to one Sales dashboard. Upon opening CRM, Sales dashboard is missing Plus and Associated Views buttons.

To get buttons back, users need to open a different dashboard and then reopen Sales dashboard.

Seems to be working in 8.2.1.185. All the buttons are there
