Going from CRM 4.0 to 2016

Hello,

I have a customer that is upgrading from 4.0 (on prem) to 2016 (online). 

They have asked me what are the main feature upgrades that they should be aware of in 2016 (over 4.0). 

All I can think of is the following....

1. Business Process Flows

2. Universal Search

3. Advanced Find

4. The Social Pane

5. Dashboards

Am I missing anything??

    Mobile support, and mobile offline support would be big.

    Hi,

    Advanced find was still available in CRM 4. There are some other key items available though:

    Word Templates - my 2015+ client love using them instead of having me build a report for them.

    Solution Availability - there are some amazing, free solutions available for CRM 2011+ and that's just not possible with CRM 4.

    General Support - if they have any issues with CRM 4.0 now they're not going to get much help from Microsoft.

    If they're considering CRM Online, there's a whole world of interoperability with other Microsoft products like Power BI.
