We have Dynamics CRM 365 on premise. We would like to implement field services. Is this available and where can i get it? I can't find it and i saw on other blogs that it was only available for CRM in the cloud, but this was a post in 2016.

Hi Ralph,

Yes you implement it for On Premise. Please follow the below link to installation and configurations. Make sure you have enough hardware with high availability for better performance.

Note: step given for online but it applies to on premise as well

Hi Syed,

I was reading the article but they are talking about demo data. Can I use this for a production environment or do I need another package to install?

You have to add solution to your Dev environment first.
