We have moved one of our companies from NAV to BC in the cloud, and are using E-Ship. We have a couple of machines that are failing to print on the Zebra printers form E-Ship Comm. The computers can print a test page from the printer management screens, but When we try to test print from E-Ship Comm the print flashes briefly on the Print Queue then disappears and no label is printed.
Other computers are printing without issue. The E-Ship Comm settings on one of the affected machines did get wiped somehow, but I have restored it, and 'Repaired' the install and rebooted to no effect.

I think you are mentioning Lanham E-Ship, if yes, you need to contact with them to support you, also as you mentioned are others system printing from business central? I think you need to go with Azure functions to send the documents to printers.

Hi, Can standard reports in BC be printed to Zebra printers?
I think you can try contacting E-Ship's partners first and see if they have the same problem.
