Where to save specific customer account delivery instructions?

Some of our customers have specific days/times on which they receive deliveries, some customers can only receive deliveries by truck with a tailgate as there is no forklift on location.

I have not been able to find any field/section in which to store this data. The current solution by distributing an Excel sheet with instructions is prone to error. We would like to have this data in D365 and pass it on with relevant orders/picking routes/documents.

If you have any suggestions on how best to include this in D365, I would much appreciate your thoughts.

    Hello Koen,

    Have you considered Advanced Notes for this.  You basically setup up a specific 'Delivery Info' document type of Simple Note and configure it in Customer Advanced Notes setup.  When a customer has specific delivery instructions that need to be passed for example to the Packing Slip, you use the Attachment functionality to add a note with this type to teh customer account.
