Unable to see anything but the Create Contact in Outlook using Copilot for Sales.

We are only able to see the Create Contact option in Outlook using Copilot for Sales. We have been unable to find the setting to enable this, or is it a matter of our licenses.

Believe we should be able to see the Create Lead, Account, and Case with the service installed.

    Unable to see anything but the Create Contact in Outlook using Copilot for Sales.
    If you are sure that you have the necessary permissions in your license, verify that the configuration settings in Dynamics 365 Sales are correctly set up to enable these options. You might need to check the settings in the Sales Hub app under App Settings and ensure that Copilot is properly configured
