Window Purchase Order Entry Registration Validation

Hi, after an amendment to the budget tree whenever the analytical accounting is applied to each line of a purchase order, a window appears with three buttons: tax, print and cancel, the message displayed is that the budget is exceeded, even if verified that there is sufficient amount. I should add that the appearance of this window slows the process line a couple of minutes. In what way I eliminate this window?
