What do I need to consider when overriding a standard validation rule?

Hi,

We have the need to override a default validation rule preventing us to post pre-payment invoices

What is the easiest way to basically turn off a validation rule?

    you need to Check the code from where the validation exist if there is any Event to bypass the validation using Handle then obviously you can bypass that otherwise not.
