is there a way to automatically export documents created by Business Central  to SharePoint natively?

i would like to have a customer file created and all quotes, order acknowledgements, and invoices- converted to pdf and saved in SharePoint.

is there a setting i can change opposed to buying connector?

I have the same question (0)

No setting. The Sharepoint setup page you see in BC is to allow users in Sharepoint to read data in BC. The connector from appsource would be a quick fix.

Alternative would be to use Power Automate, and do it yourself. Would be a few flows I’d expect

    Hi

As josh mentioned there is not native function available. you need to use 3rd party app.

The free version is DocXtender with limited function

we use Sharepoint Connector which is a paid app but has more functions

    Thanks

Zetadocs is designed for use with SharePoint. PDF versions of any Business Central document sent to customers can be easily stored in SharePoint, which are then visible on the relevant Business Central record in a Zetadocs FactBox. Any document type can also be captured against Business Central records and stored in SharePoint by dragging and dropping.
