    Hi Jon,

You should be able to do this by turning on Security mode on the POS, pressing Ctrl+S, and then right clicking on the Rep column.

You can then disable read / disable change for each security level.

Please let me know if this answers your question.

Go to pos security, bottom leftcorner button, press ctrl+s. It will be highlighted in blue, right click on rep column and disable for particular users.

New wrinkle ... right clicking on 'Rep' after activating Security Mode does nothing.  And yes, my cashier account has the highest security privileges.

I just tested this on mine, you need to click the column header, right on the word "Rep". After you go into security mode and you see the blue boxes on everything. Click Rep, Then check the disable read and disable change boxes for each level that you want to prevent from accessing it.

Finally, go into Store Operations Manager and choose the following:

Click File > Configuration > Options tab.

Make sure that "Prompt for Sales representative" and "Require sales representative" are unchecked.

    So many apologies everyone!

Wasn't doing CTRL+S after activating Security Mode.  Was under the impression CTRL+S was the shortcut to activate Security Mode.

All set now.  Thank you everyone!!
