Migrate direct access data from Principle Object Access table to use it with Access Teams

Hello everyone,

I have a requirement to migrate all the Principle Object Access (POA) table direct access data to the Access Teams of CRM. If I setup the access teams, then the sharing of those new data will be added to the POA table automatically.

However, I want to migrate existing Principle Object Access table direct access data in a way that it can be managed via Access Teams. I have investigated further but nothing found. Anyone have any suggestion on how to achieve the same i.e. via C#, Power Automate, etc.

Any help would be appreciated.
