Is there a way to test a statement format prior to closing the billing cycle. We have a custom statement format which calculates the minimum payments differently and we need to close the billing cycle to test it but it appears once the cycle is closed there is no way to recalculate the information...any suggestions on how to test the statements prior to processing them? Thanks.

One can always install RMS on another standalone machine, copy the existing store database and practice as much as you want.
OR
Change the database to a practice one and play with that one, just remember to switch back to the real one after playing, if you've changed the computer's date, change it back too.
