Moving a parent license plate to another location via Movement menu item

Hi,

I want to be able to move a parent license plate to another location via the 'Movement' menu item. The normal flow should be

- LP building

- Movement

- Break LP

But I get stuck on the movement part. I have a parent license plate with several child LP in it but when I try to perform the Movement action then the system blocks me indicating there is an invalid quantity. Also, I'm not able to select a Unit, the dropdown is empty.
Does anyone have experience in this, more particular how to move a parent license plate through the movement menu item on the mobile device?
